So, you have a project to manage and don't know what to do? Most people make the mistake of jumping right into a project to start designing and creating whatever is involved. But, they quickly learn that by not planning that project, the execution, quality control and cost have gone over hours, under quality requirements and worse yet, over budget. The various project management techniques taught thru the years have weathered the storm and have saved many a project from being ruined.
Web based projects as well as any design project start with a simple idea. This idea is built upon by brainstorming and sketching out more ideas. What do you want your site to look like? What about the logo you have been frustrated with for the past year? Most importantly, What message do you want to communicate to others?
We will sit down with you and eventually, you will come across two or three ideas that you really like. We develop comps based on those two or three ideas for our customers to see. If they like what they see, we discuss content and interface.
